
Shipping Policy
Deliveries
Free delivery in South Africa for orders over R3000.00. On orders under R3000.00, a delivery fee of R150 will apply. The delivery fee, if applicable, will reflect at checkout.
Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 3 – 7 working days. Outlying areas may take up to 10 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier partner.
You will receive an automated confirmation of your order via email upon the order being placed on our website. All orders on available stock are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Exchange Policy
We do not accept refunds except in case of cancellation or where a product is defective and in in the terms provided below.
Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and will attract a 5% administration and processing charge.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Defective Products:
Defective products may be returned within 72 hours of receiving the products. In this case the customer is liable for the costs associated with the return and delivery of the defective products. Only once the defective product is received and examined by us will we process a full refund inclusive of the delivery costs via the initial payment method. We may request pictures of the defective product prior to it being sent back to us.
Bear in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of the products back to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging and labelling. Should this not be done we reserve the right not to process the refund.
We suggest using a reliable courier service inclusive of parcel tracking and insurance.
Should you return the defective product outside of the 72hr period, we will process an exchange, alternatively a store credit to the value of the goods purchased plus the delivery costs.
Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange your product(s), you will be liable for the return and delivery of the product(s) back to us. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging and labelling and must be unused. We suggest making use of a reliable courier service inclusive of parcel tracking and insurance.
You will be required to order the new product which we will process and ship to you in accordance with our shipping policy. Once we receive the product which you initially purchased and confirm that it is in its original / unused condition, we will process a full refund via the payment method initially used.
