Cotton-Linen Blend

Cotton-linen blend gives us the best of both fibres. Cotton brings print clarity and structure; linen brings drape and that soft slubby texture that stops a shade from looking machine-made. We use it for shades that need to read as substantial without feeling heavy.

Every cotton-linen shade is hand-gathered in our Sandton workshop and finished with a fabric-wrapped trim. The blend has quiet presence, and it sidesteps the crease-prone look pure linen can throw in humid weather. A good choice for a sitting-room lamp or a floor standard. Pairs neatly with our Beaumont hand-turned bobbin base.
